What is the return policy?
All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we understand that unique situations may arise and are happy to review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Are any purchases final sale?
As of this time, The Couch Girl is considered a liquidation retailer. Beccause of this, all purchases are final sale.
Do you ever restock the same styles?
Our inventory is sourced from a variety of suppliers, and availability is never guaranteed. If you see a piece you love, we recommend purchasing promptly, as items can sell quickly and may not be restocked.
Do you inspect or clean items before selling?
Yes—most couches are thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. We carefully inspect each piece and determine if each one needs cleaning (often brand new pieces do not), and we transparently disclose any flaws or signs of wear prior to sale.
Where can I find dimensions?
Dimensions are listed in the description section of each product listing for your convenience.
What happens after I purchase—what are the next steps?
After your purchase, you can choose between free local pickup or delivery for an additional fee. Please refer to our delivery policies for details and next steps to coordinate your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Venmo, Debit/Credit Cards, Affirm, and Shop Pay. For full details, please review our payment policies prior to purchase.
How can I maintain the couch once I have it?

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to process your order as soon as possible. Once your order has received, a team member will reach out to coordinate delivery or pick up, based on your selection at checkout. Delivery days and times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer shipping outside of CA?
We hope to soon be able to ship further, but to ensure the condition of your new furniture remains spectacular, our personal delivery service goes no further than 250 miles outside of Visalia, CA.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location. As of right now, we do not ship our items and offer Delivery and Warehouse pick up only.
Do you provide assembly instructions?
All new and in-box items include assembly instructions. All other items have assembly instructions on their manufacturer’s website and I can provide them for you if needed.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes! We can provide a 5 year warranty for signature Couch Girl items only for $199. Please inquire for more details.
Can I wash my slipcovers?
It depends; please ask when purchasing your product. For general care instructions, you can download our free furniture care guide HERE.
Where are your products made?
Because I am a liquidator and source my products from other brands, please check your product’s manufacturer for that information. Couch Girl original products are manufactured in Vietnam and China.
Are the colors shown in photos accurate?
We do our best to capture each piece as true-to-color as possible, though appearance may vary slightly in person due to lighting and screen display differences.
Is my credit card information secure when I order online?
Yes—your payment information is processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems to help ensure your information remains safe and protected.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, applicable sales tax will be added to your order at checkout in accordance with local and state regulations.
Can I pay for my order in installments?
Yes! We offer installment payment options through Shop Pay and Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into smaller payments at checkout.
Do you have showrooms?
While we do not operate a traditional showroom, our warehouse functions similarly and appointments are available upon request. Because inventory changes frequently, all current stock is regularly updated on our website. We do not offer open business hours at this time.
