At The Couch Girl, I take great care to ensure every order is delivered in excellent condition and meets our high-quality standards.

Once your furniture has been delivered, inspected, and accepted at the time of delivery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes in preference, comfort, size, color, or configuration after delivery has been completed.

Please carefully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or concerns should be brought to our delivery team’s attention before they leave your premises.
