All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Although I offer a mix of newly manufactured inventory as well as brand new overstock/returns from other retailers, my structure is set up as a Liquidation retailer at this time. This allows me to keep my pricing as affordable as possible, while being able to  provide higher end products.

I will always do my best to thoroughly disclose an item’s condition under product details.  I understand that unique situations may arise and are happy to review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
